Course Portal has not yet published its privacy policy. This text is a placeholder and has no legal effect.
Before this portal accepts payments from students, the operator must publish:
- Terms of service covering what course access includes and for how long
- A privacy policy naming the data controller registered under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
- A refund policy stating who approves refunds and within what window
